Digital Bill of Rights
1.  Every person has the right to digital use
2.  Every person has the right to be free and not discriminated against online
3.  Every person should at least have access to internet publically
4.  Every person should have a fair and equal opportunity on online regarding jobs and social network
5.  One should not be afford an opportunity over another who does not have digital access
6.  Every person should have security of their personal information.
7.  Younger generation should be able to have digital access under supervision.
8.  Every person should not be categorised by their digital use
9.  Every person should be allowed to use digital items in their business, home and school. If it does not affect the rights of another
10.              All persons that do not follow the rights shall be charged  appropriately

  

Question 5.1

What are rights and responsibilities?
Rights are undeniable; there are rights from freedom of speech to the right to life. Nobody can take your rights away from you but you have a responsibility for every right, and you are responsible for making sure that none of your actions infringe on others rights and that you do not abuse your rights.

Petition.

This is a petition to the countries that do not extend the right for its citizens to be digital users. In the new age we are all living in, people need to have digital skins and need to be online, that where you learn about new things. Countries that have access to the digital world with grow with the country and advance further but countries that do not will not. Your countries need to have the right of digital access because there are many benefits for all your citizens, they can communicate with family members outside of your country as well as keep up to date with the rest of the world

Inappropriate Digital Conduct
·         Speaking or texting on the cell phone while driving
o   It can cause an accident and then not only is your life in danger but other innocent people too.
·         Cyber bullying
o   This is a major problem all over the world, many people are bullied over social media every day, it leads to depression and in some cases suicide.
·         Not wanting to share public technology
o   Public technology is regarded as library computers or public telephones and by stopping people it is considered inappropriate digital conduct. 
·         Using camera phones or camera’s inappropriately
o   By taking photos of people without their consent, by using photos of people in a way that is inappropriately intended
·         Using cell phones or other electronic devices in class

o   By doing that you are showing disrespect to your teacher and to your education


Question 3.2

  •        Linguistic Intelligence: This contains words and language. People with this type of intelligence often look to work as lawyers, writers, journalists and TV and Radio presenters. There can’t be enough technology in the world that can take a place of one of these positions, because it involves creativity and involved decision making. There is a thought process that goes into this form of work that a machine cannot simply do.

  •       Logical intelligence:  This intelligence group consists of logical thinkers, they detect patterns and analyse problems and preform mathematical calculations. They like dealing with numbers and logic. These people take jobs such as engineers, computer experts, accountants, statisticians, analysts, traders and bankers. Many of these positions are starting to or already been taken over by machines or technology.

  •        Musical intelligence: This supports people with a musical ability. They can recognise tones and rhythmic patterns and they understand the relationship between sound and feeling. Usually these type of people become musicians, singers, composers, DJ's and music producers. There are forms of technology that can already do the work of these individuals.

  •          Interpersonal Intelligence:  People who possess  Interpersonal Intelligence are aware of other people’s feelings.  They have the skill to relate to others or interpret their behaviour or communications and can understand the relationship between people and their situations. These people mostly become therapists, HR professionals, clergy, psychologists, teachers and doctors.  There are no machines that can do this sort of work and they do not possess emotions and evaluate situations as a human would. 

The Internet of things Question 3.1

It is an idea that all physical objects are in a network and that many of these physical objects contains electronics of some sorts. Cars have navigation systems and sensors, buildings have fingerprint scanners and metal detectors. Pets have microchips in them to identify the owners. There are millions of examples where physical objects have electronics in them now where they did not before.  People have heart monitors inside them to keep close check on your heart, your lights and curtains and alarm systems can all be controlled by a press of a button on your phone.

I envision that the rate in which technology is increasingly being embedded into our homes, work, schools and everyday life is not going to stop. Technology mainly electronics are going to be so fixed into our lives that at some point civilization would not be able to cope without it and in a business sense I see there being more people being unemployed because machines are taking over their jobs. There will be no need for meetings in person as most of the meetings would be over a video call or phone call. But yet there are certain jobs that cannot be taken over and certain skills that machines or just anyone can do. Creative people are very sought after yet once they have done their job then they are no longer needed.
